Beginners Guidelines

Important to all new players.. PEASE READ!!Simple Guidelines of a Prey/Slave in KOS:
-All Prey/Slaves are in Human Form - per KOS rules all neko and any other animals are to be left to the Djinn RP. (unless full small animal avitars and for rp purpose or as an explorer).

~First and foremost - here in KOS (Kingdom of Sand) there are no rules on how long a Master/Mistress can keep you... This is NOT a Gor Sim. You, as a captive slave, could be kept for 1 minute or up to 3 or 4 months, it all depends on YOU and your new owner!!

~Prey/Slaves are the only 'group' here in KOS that DO NOT carry weapons.. We rely on ROLE PLAY (RP) ..

**You have chosen to be a Prey/Slave - if for some reason the role does not suit you, please leave the group before finding a new role.. You will see many Meter/Tag Group switchers however we do appreciate it if you were to pick one role that you were happy with and stick with that one role. Switching from one to the other can cause OOC drama and confusion for those around you.. although it happens it is not the correct way in which to fully enjoy this game. Should you wish to play a double role we suggest you make a new avie, that way there is no confusion on what role your avie plays at the time**

~Once captured it is up to you to role play the story out with your new Master/Mistress. This, however, does not mean you have to do anything that is uncomfortable for you - if you have "LIMITS" post them in your profile and be sure to IM the one that has captured you, should you find yourself in a 'sticky' situation. Most everyone will respect what you do and do not like, but you are the one that has to voice that to your Master/Mistress. If they don't 'stop'.. simply ask to be "freed" or pay the $20k and ransom yourself and move on to the next! (In order to earn the $k's (dinar) there are paying pose balls throughout KOS or dancing jars - we all must work a little now and then).

Here are some examples of some situations of RP here in KOS....

*You can call (shout) out for help when you are being chased .. when you do so, a Knight may come to your rescue and fight off your attacker or they will attempt to anyway.

*You could find yourself caught and just as quickly set free (we can not control what the predators do to us) Poor - lack of RP but it happens.

*You could find yourself caught and walked to the auction block and sold off to the highest bidder. In most cases a sister/brother slave or a kind Knight will buy your freedom back!

*You could find yourself caught and taken to your new Master/Mistress's camp to do as they wish with you.

~Try to RP each capture out as much as your party will allow.
There are some cases where your Master/Mistress will walk off and forget about you. It is your choice to pay the ransom or wait a couple days.. bottom line, if your not having fun.. move on!

Please.. don't just ransom yourself when your caught unexpected.. try and role play any situation out first!!
